It all began with a simple question
“If people invest so much in property, how do they earn from it every month?”
Where the idea began — 2022
It was in 2022, during his college days, when Vijay Ram Illa, a first-year student, started noticing countless YouTube and Instagram ads promoting plots and luxury apartments in Bangalore.
Unlike most, he didn’t scroll past he got curious.
That curiosity soon turned into daily learning.
After returning home from college every evening, Vijay began researching everything about Bangalore’s PG boom, rental demand, and property market.
Over time, he learned how the city’s real estate ecosystem truly worked from pricing patterns to how investors generated consistent rental income.
