Future market performance or appreciation potential

All investment and purchase decisions are made entirely at the investor’s discretion and risk. Past performance is not indicative of future results.

2. Independent Verification Required

All property information, photographs, prices, descriptions, or opinions shared by VJR Estate are based on information received from property owners, developers, or verified third parties.
While due care is taken to present accurate data, VJR Estate does not verify, certify, or guarantee the authenticity, accuracy, or completeness of such information.

VJR Estate makes no representation or warranty regarding:

Legal ownership or clear title
Government or statutory approvals
Land use, zoning, or RERA registration status
Encumbrances, liens, or pending litigation

All decisions and risks remain solely with the buyer, seller, or investor.

4. Non-Circumvention

By receiving property details, documents, or information from VJR Estate, you agree not to directly or indirectly contact, negotiate, or transact with any property owner, developer, or related party introduced by VJR Estate without prior written authorization.

Any attempt to bypass or exclude VJR Estate will result in immediate liability for the full brokerage or commission (minimum 1%, subject to deal value) and may attract legal action under applicable law.
This obligation survives all communications, negotiations, and transactions.

This fee is payable upon successful transaction closure or agreement execution facilitated through VJR Estate.
Any attempt to evade or understate this fee constitutes a breach of engagement terms and may result in legal enforcement.

8. Data Privacy and Security

All user information shared with VJR Estate is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
VJR Estate does not collect sensitive payment data and never requests OTPs or confidential access codes.
Users are responsible for protecting their devices and communication accounts against unauthorized access.

9. Updates

VJR Estate reserves the right to amend, modify, or update this Disclaimer at any time, without prior notice.
